Foundry specialist since 1948, PTP fonderie proposes on two sites specialized and complementary activities dedeicated to offering each customer the optimization of lead times and know-hows for the manufacturing of foundry + machining parts in cast iron or in aluminum.  We have a very strong experience in casting of parts and an excellent knowledge of its requirements.

Cast iron

 2 Induction Furnaces of 2 Tonnes each, for all types of Lamellar and Spheroidal Graphite Cast Iron (EN-GJL & EN-GJS)

 Rigid frameless moulding.
> ALPHASET® line: parts from 80 to 750 kg, 1400 x 1400 x 2*400 mm Moulds
> BETASET® line: parts up to 100 kg, 600 x 600 x 2*220 mm Moulds
> Manual Moulding : Parts up to 3.5 Tonnes, 2200 x 2200mm

 Capacity of 300 T/month

Aluminum

 5 furnaces of 500 to 800 kg

>Maximum dimensions: 4000 x 2000 x 1000 or 2500 x 2500 x 1000
